Bad service from Louise Lottering

I ordered a fleece embroided morning robe/gown. The lady's communication s****s were poor as she always postponed when I had to fetch my gown, she will always say she's out of town but didn't communicate with me prior. When I finally got the gown it was too big ( not my size) , the material of the gown was not quality and not the fleece material I asked for, and she left my gown ( goods) with the security by the gate. Her services are poor and is inconsiderate of customers needs.
