ZERO Care Factor at Louis Vuitton

This is my last resort - social media - as I am tired of explaining and dealing with the ongoing issue of my LV prescription sunglasses - which are BRAND new (purchased in August last year and only worn for maybe three months of that time) and can not be worn due to ONE missing temple *****! <br> Apparently there is NOT ONE part for this sunglass model that can be found in all corners of the globe! <br> Surprising right!?!? Shocking is more like it - as this pair of glasses with the lenses have cost approx R10,000 and now sit in its original box with the receipt - worthless and of NO use to me. <br> At R10000 it's the WORST spend ever made. I guess the UK think it's not a lot of money but here in South Africa it is a HUGE amount of money. I will NEVER purchase or encourage any of my friends or family to support your so-called \luxury"brand. <br> ZERO CARE factor when it comes to your customers which is frustrating and very disappointing.
