Rude and arrogant- hostile

all stores in VA open at 9am - except "arrogant Louis Vuitton", the plastic bag maker. Needed a birthday gift for my wife, who shops a lot there . At 9:30h although all staff were there doing nothing, just standing around . door was slammed in my face and an untrained and rude women and a unpleasant security guard commanded me to come back at 10h- but in a totally aggressive , unacceptable tone and manner. they are unbearable snobbish and ***********- trying to be elegant and noble, but rather the opposite, its disgusting. I left and will spend the R 35.000 somewhere else on something else. Yep, this Staff does not care anyhow, as they get paid obviously, no matter what . Save your money, Ladies and don't get ********** and treated harshly- rather stay away . We don't need that Dr. Michael Honsa CEO The Honsagroup
