Louis Vuitton Sandston Store Ridiculous Poor Service

In August 2020, I have purchased a LV bag and fully paid on the same day, due to no stock available, the sales told me when there's stock available, they will keep it for me and make a call. On the 12th Sep, I am at the store and checking out again if my bag arrive, but still nothing yet. On the 26th, I been to the store again where one of the sales told me there is stock in that week, but the bag was sold to another client. This is really ****ed me off!! First, the bag is fully paid but it is not keeping it for me. Second, no call was made when stock arrived. Third, it is time wasting when each time I queuing outside of LV for more than 45mins plus where no sales can assist with the issues and no solution and no apologies!! Ridiculously poor service!! Disappointment!!
