The worst case of negligence and ********* behavior

<p>I bought a home from a family and signed off all the necessary papers in December 2016. It is now June 2017 and the lodging of the paperwork has been declined 2 times. The last time the paper work was declined was in April because Mr. Nel had spelt the sellers Name wrong. NOTHING has been done since then. When you call no one knows a thing, if your lucky or rather unlucky to speak to Mr. Nel he will cut you off mid sentence and speak over you. I am appalled at the service. I've complained numerous times and still have been met with no feedback.</p>
