Refusing to pay my money

I cancelled my contract for end December due to relocating. I was asked to vacate on the 30th of December and comp**** in order to make things easier for LKPM. Now it is the 13th of Jan and I am still waiting on my deposit. I had to move into a house with broken tiles where my children cut themselves time and again but they want to moan about carpets and the colour we painted the living room which is much better than the cheap paint they used which just.washed off the walls. Never take a contract with them. This is not the first complaint just go and read up on them.
