LKPM is one of the best property management services.

As a landlord myself and as a trustee I would like to thank the entire LKPM team for their professional management skills. Yes, I had to fix and renovate my properties from time to time to ensure my tenants are happy. I do expect the tenants to look after my property and keep it neat and clean. This is not a property manager’s duty. They inform me if I need to fix or replace something. I have also seen what tenants are capable of and how they can absolutely trash an apartment. These tenants are never available for inspections. However they are the first to give a bad revue if they were evicted ( because they do not pay the rent) or I used the deposit to fix the broken doors, a wall once and a hole in the ceiling, I kid you not. But they are the ones entitled to give a company a bad revue. To Louis, Mariza, Adelle, Natasha and the team at LKPM, thank you for your service and making sure I receive my rent income on time every month.
