Poor Service

Sent in my luggage for repairs..<br> It was subsequently delivered to me without being repaired..<br> I sent it back..<br> After numerous calls to Jeff he said my bag was lost and he would replace it..<br> I did not receive the new bag..<br> Now my old bag was found but could not be repaired..<br> Still awaiting my new bag which has not been delivered..<br> Very unprofessional!!! Please avoid!!!!
