Luggage Claim Not Upheld!

Claim was made in January at Cape Town airport, regarding suitcases that were damaged during our flight. I phone this company each and every week and i have still not been called back by Jeff. When he phoned me last time he promised the matter would be sorted out ASAP, its now March, and i am still waiting! I need to fly soon and i have no suitcases, this is unacceptable and I find that this behavior is extremely unprofessional.<br> <br> I need this matter sorted out within 7 days, failing which i will have no option but to report this company.
