Bad repairs and servicing

As a widow I took my caravan for repairs at the above business. The caravan was there for 3 weeks. After collecting the caravan, the centre light of the caravan hanged loose upon arrival home. I phoned Lious and first he said \they did not work on the light but they replaced the bulb. He would have fixed it the next day on this way to Sandton. He did not phone or showed up. On my arrival at Bela Bela...numerous "none acceptable\"" repairs stood out. I phoned him and was aggressively told"
