Louis Breeders Poor Customer care and Possibly ****

I reached out to possibly buy a puppy. The person I spoke to Louis, was very rude from the beginning. He would not disclose where he was located and said he is only interested in talking to me if I buy the puppy online. I mentioned that I would just like to meet the puppy first and was very rude and would still not disclose which area he was situated. Most likely a spam.
