Terrible customer service. Refusing to pay refund after failing to deliver. Owner has a bridal gown shop on the premises. Booked and paid the deposit for a gown in January2020 - Wedding in September. Was informed by him that he is not getting around to making my dress by June. I then asked him to make something for my mum.
