Pathetic service

Beautifull venue. But pathetic from the owner (Danie) We attended a wedding here were. It started raining and we got wet inside the hall. We went to tell the owner Danie and he rep**** with "oooh thats nothing. The bridal couple at his venue next door are also getting wet from the rain. So oops sorry" Then the power went out. We have a little 8 month old baby who we had to give a warm bottle milk. And again we asked Danie and his kitchen staff if they can please help with some hot water to heat the baby,s bottle. Then Danie and his staff **** to us. And said he has no way to do so. They do not even have a gas stove. We were supposed to sleep over. But had to pack and rush home in hard rain and a terrible mud road with our crying little 8 month old baby. I had to use my cellphone flash to help people dish up food. And I had to dissapoint the Bride and the Groom for leaving early as I never leave early. I was their best man. Pathetic I would not reccomend any of these venue's owned by Danie. He clearly does not care. And to watch us with our crying baby go out to pack in the rain where he could have helped with his gas stove. We will pray that you Rot in hell.
