Bad Service completely missing web sire promises

With our 50th wedding anniversary coming up I wanted a special ring for my wife. I could not find what I wanted in jeweller shops, so I contacted Diamond Corporation nearly 2 weeks ago for a purpose-made ring. I discussed my requirements, ring size, settings etc with the assistant. But, after several reminders I have never received the sketch promised nor a quote. It is not too late to get the ring made up in time for our anniversary. So thanks to Diamond Corporation we celebrate our anniversary without any ring. Terrible service, from unhelpful assistants.
