Bad news

This is the first building project we ever had an we were very excited. After interviewing a few contractors we decided on Loubser Projects. Louis painted a idillic pricture and promised not to let us down.<br> Unfortunately we fell hook line and sinker for his lies. After receiving more than half the project money. He started delaying the project. He completed the swimingpool,<br> With some finishings still not done, then completed the floor after delaying for almost 3 weeks. The floor was suppose to dry for a week and then he was suppose to resume<br> Building the walls of the new lounge. After numerous calls and messages I was finally able to get hold on which he inform me that he is not going to finish the project because I <br> Put to much pressure on him. I told him that he must then give back at least R60000 8f the R130000 that i gave him. I felt that R70000 was more that fair for the amount of work that he did.<br> Now he refuse to pay the money back or to complete the project. I am realy at a loss. I am also going to open a case of theft against Louis. It is a lot of money to lose and I cannot<br> Afford it. Please help.
