Unacceptable Service

On 9 March 2017 I ordered 2 pairs of leggings from this company online. I still have not received what I have paid for. 22 Emails have been sent between myself and this company and I am now fed up. I have demanded a refund but they keep on avoiding my request. Various standard responses are provided each time I send an email to follow up on my order. It has now been 6 months since my order.
