printer doesn't not recognize ink.

Did the same with our company did not want to take no for an answer. We tried 2 and ink doesn't even last a month as promised. Phoned again in June saying order was for 4 not 2 .and very rude when it comes to payment month end but over the phoned, we were told we don't need to rush payment.
