If it was possible for no star,I would have selected that because this company is worse that what I have seen before. I got a call from their sales rep,who was very good I must say and I ended up placing an order with him,little did I know that I was driving myself into a den of hungry lions ready to devour me.Today I got the order and Chris called to confirm if I have received my order to which I confirmed but requested for a return coz the product I got is not origional hp printer cartridges I had initial ordered. We ended on a ba note with Chris and I said I want to speak to his superior,Simon called and told me that I have no choice but to take that order cause I ordered and they don't take returns,all bull.These people are very rude and threatening,save yourself please don't associate yourself with them. I am boiling as I write,I want to write to consumer council as well just to find out if what this company does is allowed.
