Lotus leggings

I bought these lotus Leggings whose ads keep appearing on Facebook. I bought 2 pairs and it cost me over R700. To this day I haven't received anything. When I comment on their fb page, it either disappears or I get an automated response and then nothing after that. They continue to advertise to people and its just not fair. I know I so t get my money back but surely they shouldn't be allowed to keep selling on fb.
