Cient negligence

My sister has asthma and they cut their lines at 12h00 every single day. It took her 2 days to receive her medication walking up and down with no help Today 06 May 2024, took my nephew to this clinic, his nly 2 years old, has 38.7 fever they cut the line again at 12H00 saying they are no longer working. I arrived at 6:45am. They didn't help and they dont even bother to check.
