Engen garage Lotus Convenience very *********** service and attitude

Hi They have filled petrol into my diesel vehicle and the car was driven till it cuts out. Vehicle was taken to vw and was given reports and quotes on the repairs due to consequential damages that was already done. This happened on the 9th of February 2022 till date still waiting for engen Lotus Convenience Centre too get their insurance to contact me to no avail very frustrated as it is Aldo taken up with customer care as well...
