damage to vehicle at car wash

My paintwork on my bumper was damaged by the high pressure machine. I informed one of the partners namely Shaun who has promised to sort it out. We agreed that I should submit a quote for the repair and he will sort it out accordingly. It has been three weeks since and all that Shaun has done is string me along. ALL I NEED IS TO INFORM THE REST OF THE PUBLIC TO BE AWARE OF THIS AND NOT SUFFER THE SAME FETE.
