Terrible Service from Owner Matthew Naidoo

Absolutely pathetic service from the new owner Matthew Naidoo. Took my car for a wash and my carpets where given to another vehicle who had drove off. I contacted the owner and it's been over 2 full months now where I was promised new carpets or would be funded back the value of the carpets but nothing yet. Even worse.... My messages are getting read and not responded to. It's not about the R300 that I may of lost but it's about the morality behind servicing a client with a good heart. I'm absolutely terrified. Word of mouth serves as a great marketing tool for any business and trust me you've lost alot of customers for ur poor service. I will never recommend anyone to come to your carwash.
