No response from their customer care help line

<p>I have been rquesting numerous times by email to close my LottoDay account with zero response from their support line.</p> <p> </p> <p>They don't give you another option to close your account other than by email so if they don't respond to you it will never happen. Due to the lack of response there are unlimited tickets being deducted from my account which I can't change on their website, you also need to send them an email, so if you get no response from them regarding a ticket change or cancellation of account the ticket will be deducted from your credit card until the end of time!! Lotto Day seems to me to be like a vampiric organization, only to suck you dry and leave you out to dry!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Signed</p> <p>Not a very happy LottoDay "client"</p>
