Zero stars..... Not lottostar

There should be an option for zero stars. I dont want to give them even 1. Terrible terrible site. I have won 4 times over a period of 3 years and all 4 times there was an "error" or some lazy excuse. Last year i have matched the hilux scratch cards i even sent them a screenshot but then i was told it was suppose to fall with a certain order.... Bulls*&t. Each time different excuse.
