Trying to get my winnings out of them. They keep on rejecting my wives address. We have send them ample documents and they keep sending me the same computer generated message. On it states that a lease agreement is required but this we have send 4 times already.

the agents clearly have no idea how to handle the matter.

the response you get by email at best is one liners and they don't respond to any of the contents of emails.

I would be very reluctant here. If you simply want to play for the fun please do so.
