Worst, Most Dissapointing Customer Service and Long Term Customer Loyaty - Dont trust the hype yet

Years of loyalty as a customer who spent, I cannot tell you an exact amount now, although i am sure they can. Yet after a brief conversation via onlime chat, I was basically told, in the nicest way possible to go F... Myself and leave. NO care whatsoever for long term customers as they make way to much to provide any real client care. They even put a happy face. See full (second) chat here. Got kicked out of 1st chat. They worked closely with 947 radio but Ill tell you something, I will be heard and I will make sure that as many people as possible gets a chance to make a real informed decision beforejoining. I have alternative options gor anyone who is interested.
