Worst call centre agent

An agent called about a query I had logged. He introduced himself but I forgot his name 📛 big mistake people,he's the worst person to deal with 🙂↔️🤔when you ask him questions based on the app itself considering some of it is not mentioned he becomes offended and tells you to stop being difficult going on to talk to you in a belittling manner 🤔 when he was done I asked him for his name and told him I don't accept being belittled he simply hung up on me🤔 Lotto star you proved that you hire bullies ! At least you called me twice about the matter knowing that you keep recorded records to avoid he said........but that's the one thing making me not 🚫 even consider you as I know I may run into problems here and there that might need me to call in or log a complaint
