Withdrawal

I won R300. Monday I received a 6 digit pin . I waited till Wednesday to get the 10 digit pin and never received it. And when I check the status of the money it says paid. I contacted their online agent who claimed the pin will be resend but nothing. I contacted there agents again. Today. Instead of assisting me. They transfer me to another agent who asked me the same questions as there robot again. So I am answering same questions 3 times with no assistance. So who is stupid in this case . Me or them . I am so infuriated .
