Voucher

You guys ****med me my money yesterday i purchased R100 1foryou voucher and when i redeem it there was an error on your system as it was loading for a long time without confirmation that the voucher was redeemed succesfully. And i had to refresh and start again and it said the voucher has already been redeemed yet i still have R0.05 balance on my account and thats unfair because the money is hard earned .
