VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVUCE

Im very frustrated,ive accredited my account yeaterday and amount of R100.00 and made extra R30.00 in the lorning arrounf 5h00 ive made withdrawal because they want us to withdraw before 7h00 so that they can pay ..they rejected my withdrawal of R100.00 says i have to play with it ...Lottostar its becoming useless ..im really not happy and frustrated ..i dont have money to go home now
