VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I deposited funds via EFT as ussaul because that is my preferred payment method. I had to contact and inquire as to why my deposit have not been allocated 2 days later, even though I received a ticket number (which gets allocated when you send your POP) when I initially send my proof of payment. When I complained about it I was sent a generic message of all the different alternative payment methods. Firtly Lotto Star as an on line gaming platform, take note that you are not the only online gaming platform. Secondly when you don't even bother apologising for your obvious lack of customers service then the only way for you to go is down. Wake up and attend to legitimate complaints or face loosing your market share to your competators!!!!
