Utterly useless

Utterly useless!!!!!!! I logged a complaint about my card being used **********ly on their website. Someone else used my card ,

They keep telling me it's impossible that someone else used my card because the person needed the OTP pin sent to my phone and they needed to log into my bank account to verify the purchase which was utter nonsense as I had my phone with me the entire time and I did not get any of these notifications!!!!

They are allowing other people on their website to use cards that don't belong to them, because let's face it. Why would they care ?

I got a response back from their helpdesk saying the following after I sent proof that the money went off my account:

Good day Michelle

The document you provided for proof of bank account does not correspond with the banking details you added to your Lottostar account".

I could die because obviously it would not correspond because SOMEONE used my card to make the purchase!!!!!
