Unprofessionalism

They have dealers spinning the roulette wheel, falling asleep whilst spinning. Causing the spin to be inaccurate and shows the place is unprofessional.

I have been contacting lotto star for 4 days with regards to this and I have lost thousands of rands due to that and the only thing I get back from any agent is, we will get back to you. Thats all.

No one can give me an answer, no one can give a turn around time. Customer service is disgusting. You have dealers falling asleep whilst spinning the wheel and yet you have no response.
