Unhappy customer with Lotto star

I ask for my winnings to be withdraw but did not select by accident EFT. After 4 days when I follow up o the withdrawal I was said to get a Bank voucher OR they can cancel the withdrawal. I said cancel it. That was 10 days ago. I contacted them several times with NO joy! Their respond is I must wait!!!! Unexceptable!
