UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Hi Peter, I’m reaching out to you because I would like to bring a very concerning experience I’ve had with LottoStar to your attention. I would like to remain completely anonymous, but I’m willing to provide the full details and correspondence privately if you are interested. This is not the first time I have had an issue with LottoStar when making a complaint. What really concerns me is the way they handle complaints. I repeatedly get the feeling that instead of LottoStar doing the investigation themselves, the customer is expected to do the work for them. They have access to the betting records, game history, transactions and other information on their own system, yet I find myself having to explain, search for information and provide details that I believe they should be able to retrieve themselves. My latest complaint has been particularly frustrating. I explained what happened, identified the game, the bets involved and the approximate times, and provided the information I had available. Instead of receiving a proper investigation and a clear answer to the actual complaint, I was met with more questions and a lengthy back-and-forth. At some point you have to ask yourself: Why should the customer have to investigate what happened on LottoStar’s own system? I’m not saying that every complaint must result in the customer getting the answer they want. I understand that an investigation may sometimes find that everything was within the rules. What I do expect is for the complaint to be properly investigated and for the company to provide a meaningful answer to the actual concerns being raised. Unfortunately, that is not what I feel I have experienced. I’m contacting you because I believe this is something that deserves to be looked at from an outside perspective. If this is happening to other customers as well, then perhaps there is a bigger issue with how complaints are being handled.

I’m not looking for special treatment. I simply believe that when a customer raises a legitimate concern, the company should investigate it properly rather than continually putting the responsibility back onto the customer. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope you will consider looking into it. very unhappy customer. worst platform ever. Regards, Anonymous
