unhappy and disappointed

My problems started with lotto Star after I have made multiple deposits to my Lotto Star account over R110 000 but from my Personal bank account, my partners Bank account and his Credit Card. I won all together R250 000 from all my deposits I made. My partner has a Lotto Star account Aswell but we have decided to use mine. We decided to cash out the R250 000. While we were playing and depositing in the days, I received an email from Lotto Star stating a Request for source of funds as it said that I went above their threshold and that they want statements of accounts / transactions. Very shocked and stop playing and provided these documents. This alone was just very weird and have never heard or experience something like this before especially on Lotto star as I am a member with Lotto star since they have opened their doors and have deposited thousands and withdraw thousands before from them. We are aware that Lotto Star can take up to 14 days to payout so we waited 3 days went pass and no money was deposited in my bank account so I phoned them to ask is everything in order and when the money would be paid, the lady said to me that I need to provide an affidavit stating that my partner has allowed permission to use his bank cards. So, we got the affidavit that they requested and send it through to them. I waited 2 days and phoned back to ask if the affidavit was in order, I was told that yes and they busy with it. The money would be paid in the upcoming days. A week pass and no money in my bank account, so I decided to phone them again. They told me that my account is at the ***** department. I immediately went in to shock as I could not believe this as I am a client for years and I have done nothing wrong. A week passed and was told that no money will be paid out and that my account has been blocked and that the ***** department will be in touch with me. I am utterly shocked for the fact that I can't see what I have done wrong and that I lost R250 000 that I won and now they have stories to pay out. I will not refer Lotto star to anyone ever again nor play.
