The Worst Experience Ever !!!!!!!

The worst company that i have ever dealt with. their agents have an attitude when you need assistance and there is no resolution provided to the customer. I deposited funds and never got the bonus match at stipulated on their website.i played alittle and withdrew half my funds back because i was not happy with the service. I requested to deactivate my account and all went well. Now i receive an email stating my withdrawal was rejected.how am i supposed to check or even paly when the account is deactivated????? Worst service ever with the call centre. Stay away from this **** of a company.Termd and conditions not clear- their customer service even worse
