Lottostar's personel are tops. They are professional act very quick on my problem. I had a problem with a cash send voucher. In a matter of 24 hours my complaint was attented to and resolved. They gave me good feedback and consistantly communicate with whilst busy solving my problem. Lottostar i have to gave u thumbsup when it comes to seeing to the need of clients. When i won that amount, it came at the right time. I needed money for a very imortant text book that my child needed for a test. And trying out a game on lottostar made it possible for me to buy that book. Lottostar i will always be so grateful to you. Cause you made it possible to invest my childs future. As a single it is very difficult to keep up with expenses. And in a time of need when i had nowwhere to go for assistance, i used my last R50 and tried my luck. Lottostar thank you for making it possible for me to assist my child with her studies. Even if it was not a lot of money i won, i am grateful because it was what i needed that moment. Thank you
