Terrible live agent support

On Thursday afternoon I play Lotto Star for the fiest time in my life. I did a withdrawal amd submitted my proof of bank account as it is my first withdrawal. On Friday evening I cueck to see the status of my withdrawal only to find out my proof of account is invalid. I submit the same document and chat to a live agent who informs me the document had been approved and I ha e to wait for payment till Monday. I then request to speak to supervisor or manager as this is wrong. It's not my fault the document was deemed invalid. This person tells me because I sumbthe document more than once it restarted the withdrawal process... To which I responded but I did not submit more than once and want this escalated cos there has to be a manager who can process this request. Instead this person ends the chat. So Lotto Starbis quick to takr our loney but not quick to correct an error on their side and do the payout.
