This is absolutely unacceptable! My account has been blocked because my husband mistakenly uploaded his documents instead of mine, assuming he was on his account. I have already provided all the required details for both myself and my husband, yet my account is still blocked. Now you're demanding even more unnecessary documents to prove my identity? This is beyond frustrating and an utter waste of time. I will never use this website again if this is how you handle situations!
