Yvette Prinsloo Van Zyl HI Yvette I have the same problem with Lottostar, I tried to make a deposit an it was unsuccessful for 7x for 200 until I gave up. Few minutes later when I check my account my funds were short with 400 an another 400 still waiting to be authorized by my bank cause I call the bank the next day. All that amount was taken by Lottostar an was never credited on my lottostar account. I called, sent them proof of payment. Screenshots, statements an all they said was I used a peach payment method, an according to their investigation I played the credits an that's all bullish, I want to go down to their offices so they can show me from the moment they credited my account which games an what bet did I play. I'm extremely angry. I told them to deactivated my account to day. Immediately when I was struggling with deposits I spoke to the agent till like 1am, their notification shows that I made deposits at 4am an by that time I was sleeping. Lottostar is a ****, they were declared ******* this month an now they are hacked our accounts because they have our information. Please guys beware. I can never get my money back, all this frustration and they come back an say I played the credits. So basically what they do is you make a deposit an the money gets credited to some ghost lottostar account not your. I'm done. Bad experience
