******** and horrible customer service

I am very dissapointed with LOTTOR STAR even but am angry as well this is multi billion rands company playing with people money. When we gamble we trying to make a living.My story is l deposited money using a voucher and it never l appeared on my account it's two weeks now escalating this they keep lyng to me even worse today l did a Chat with NAVAN he basically ignored me and close a chat worse customer care l have ever experienced. I just want my R50 it's not too to ask from such a big company.
