Absolute ****. When the casino winnings are high they take our immediate payments and say it won't reflect now because the system is offline and it will only reflect after 24 hours. This prevents us from partaking in the winnings yet they still take the immediate deposit we make. It only shows after 2 days! Agents are useless more like robots!
