RTP
I've been playing for more than 5 years, their RTP (return to player) if that is a factor is no more than 30%... Even getting results is hard to do for instance why do you get results an hour after a draw took place, sometimes longer...? Does the results have to be altered...?

You get immediate email replies for adding funds or purchasing a ticket but wait for more than an hour to get results... Placed a bet to a game that runs at 1pm, get results at 14:04pm... Why...?
