R250 promo hoax

i logged onto my profile on 2 May 2025 and was suprised to find that i allegedly received a R250 promo bonus on 19 April 2025 that expired on 21 April 2025. i made contact via chat and informed that that strangely on early hours of the 19 April i did log in and there was no bonus and that since then i have been in and out of hospital and logged in now on 2 May 2025 and discovered this. they say there is nothing they can do as it is expired . i reviewed my inbox pam mail and promo folders and found no notification of the email. i asked for proof of the email being sent and they informed me that they dont have any. public beware of these so called promos. there actions are unfair given the amount of money i have played with on their platform over the last year. it really does not make sense that they were willing to give it then but wont reconsider and reinstated the expired bonus.
