I received a notification from this company as follows: This means that for every 4 UK Lottery Plus bets you place today from 12:00pm to 21:30pm, you get 5 FREE MegaCash bets! I bought my 4 tickets and got a "R5 Freebie notification" added to my account! And which does exactly nothing anyway. I contacted live support immediately who advised it was a problem their side. I did the same on Sunday after nothing was resolved. I then did the same today (Monday) and get told we so no vouchers on your account, followed by please try again with some new instructions which didn't work. Then a few more non-helpful emails and still no resolution or explanation.
