Poor service ever

What a bad treatment I got from lottostar a poor service ever I. Deposit my money using capitec pay last week Friday until today the funds has not been credited in my lottostar account ive been calling them, emailing no help they always telling me that the matter has been escalated I send bank statements, proof of payment until now there is no help I will not recommend lottostar to anyone 🙃
