Payment not reflecting on the Lottostar app.

On the 19th of June 2022 I transferred an amount of R20.00 from my bank account to thier bank which is FNB. I transferred these funds because I wanted to play and I knew that it would not reflect immediately on thier side because they use FNB. Yesterday I had an email chat with them to find out if they have received my payment. We went up and down with emails until I informed them that we can do this today. I gave just send them an email this morning and have had no response from them. Can they please advise if my money was received from thier side. I do the same thing with Ithuba and it works perfectly, do what's wrong with Lottostar, are they legit or not or a spam???
