Payment not reflecting

The payment system is so weak. I get so mad when I am treated like I am stupid. I made a payment on lotto star on sunday the same day I usually do which is via eft option on their site which direct me to the capitec spp then create a temporary beneficiary on my app before it makes an immediate payment. So on sunday the money was withdrawn from my account into lotto star account but it didn't reflect on my credits. Then I spoke to Thulani who asked me to go to my app and resend proof of payment which I did, he told me to wait 48 hours and surprisingly today he tells me that I did no send proof of payment, worse i cant send proof of payment again now because the beneficiary of lottostar star on my app is only temporary, it no longer appears as a beneficiary but it is there on my statement that i payed lotto star and I was starting to refer people to lotto Star but if such things happens then im afraid things wont end up well.
